IMPORTANT NOTE

Appointment availability is normally three to four weeks out.

Sessions are normally booked in a 3-session series (one session per week for three consecutive weeks) so that we can build and maintain a healing momentum.  If we have agreed to only ONE session, please realize that by the time your appointment arrives, the next available session could be three-to-six weeks away.  It is HIGHLY recommended that you secure three scheduled sessions now.

POLICY NOTE: We do NOT accept appointments made by third parties.  A third party appointment is defined as "one adult making an appointment for another adult."  Our goal with this policy is to ensure that the person who will be working with our staff is committed to doing a session as a result of their own decision and free will.  The exception to this policy is an appointment made for a minor (under the age of 18).  In this case, the parent or guardian must make the appointment for their child.  We will want to speak with the parent/guardian before scheduling this type of appointment to ensure that the services available will fit the needs of the child.

You have the option of paying for one or all of the sessions you have scheduled.  You are only required to pay for your FIRST session now and at the conclusion of that session you can decide if you want any of the additional sessions that you have scheduled.

If so, you can pay for the overtime charge in 15-minute increments.

 ($40.00 per 15-minute period)
