Session & Class Disclaimer

Cancellation Policy: Pre-payment for sessions is expected at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled appointment.  If payment is not received within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, your session appointment will be cancelled and offered to another client on the waiting list.  You may cancel or re-schedule a paid appointment as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  If you do not contact us and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, no refund will be offered.  Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment will be asked to reschedule. Refunds of sessions payments other than those described in this cancellation policy are at the sole discretion of The Rejuvenation Station, LLC.
